WE CARE ABOUT YOU AND OUR WORK
How many times have you heard this before, “It’s hard to find a good electrician!” And then if you’re luckily enough to source one, “It’s best not to tell anyone, otherwise they’ll become so popular you’ll never get them back!”
Here at AJ’s Electrical, we’ve built ourselves a reputation as being one of those hard to find good electricians. Today we commonly face the reality that our customers love and appreciate our electrical services work, professionalism and punctuality so much so they don’t want to tell anyone about us. (Fair enough!).
So to help us step around this little problem we’ve built ourselves this website. From here we’ve planned to reach out to those of you who’d love to receive the same reliable, quality and personal service when you contract an electrician to work on a project in and around Melbourne Metropolitan and South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, just as others have. And of course to let you and everyone know the types of quality electrical work we can complete.
To learn more about our family owned and operated electrical services business and why so many customers hold us in high regard, please walk yourself through our website. There’s plenty of projects to look over, to help you understand who we’ve successfully completed electrical work for, as well as lists of advice on the types of commercial and residential electrical services work we can assist in helping you with.
And just in case you’re wondering if all our work is guaranteed – yes, we deliver and work to Australian Certified Electrical Standards and in line with current Occupational Health and Safety regulations. After all, who would contract an electrician who doesn’t work this way? (It’d shock you how many do!)
Adam Janecek – Director / REC
Adam started working from a young age in the theatrical industry, gallivanting around Australia working as a sound and lighting technician on some of Australian’s biggest and most successful musical acts and events. Savage Garden, The Black Eyed Peas, John Farnham and the 2006 Commonwealth Games all benefited from his hard work and abilities, as did numerous other Melbourne theatrical productions. An electrical company, noting Adam’s potential, skills and dedication, persuaded him to start an electrical apprenticeship. After successfully completing his apprenticeship Adam continued working as a fully accredited electrician, before making the leap into starting his own electrical business over 10 years ago.
Mary Sofis – Financial & Administration Manager
Mary began her career as a teacher and worked in the UK for many years. When she came back to Australia she held numerous teaching posts around South Australia. She then decided to make a move to Melbourne seeking greener pastures. After securing some teaching roles in Melbourne, she decided to diversify into the film industry, freelancing as a producer & assistant director. Similar to Adam, Mary’s skills were quickly recognised and keenly sort and not before long she was working full time in production houses across Melbourne. She also worked in the theatrical industry as programmer and FOH manager in the evenings and on weekends, where she met Adam. The rest is history as they say. Today, as a key partner of the business, Mary spends her days coordinating all administration work and keeping things running on time and budget as the businesses financial manager.
